SERVICE GUARANTEE/REFUND POLICY

Jaz� Wigs offer a 10 day satisfaction guarantee on all stock lace wigs, accessories and apparels ordered online. During the first 10 days, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, simply let us know and we'll replace (not refund) your order to ensure your satisfaction. An exchange may be preapproved (given the situation at hand) for a different hair style and length or product with less or equal value.

REFUND PROCESS

An authorized ROA number must accompany all exchanges/refunds along with a completed Return Order Form. Without an ROA number and a Completed return order form an exchange/refund will not be processed. To receive an ROA number please e-mail info@jazewigs.com. All refunds will be issued as an exchange for a product with less or equal value of the original individual order or as a STORE CREDIT that expires 6 months from the day of issue. Jaz� Wigs will NOT HONOR ANY REFUNDS AFTER 10DAYS.

Note: All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.

CUSTOM WIGS REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final on ALL custom lace wigs. We do not accept delivery of returned products. They will be returned unopened at sender�s expense. Please take your measurements and other options very carefully. We will make your custom wig according to your specifications. We are not responsible if you did not measure properly and your wig does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings.

CANCELLATIONS:

Custom orders are process within 1 to 4 hours from the time order was placed; therefore, all cancellations for custom wig orders will be charged a 35% cancellation fee if cancelled within the first 4 hours of placing the order.

All other returns/exchanges must be approved and agreed upon by phone, or by email to sales@jazewigs.com, before packages are accepted or will otherwise be denied at the owners expense.

Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and must be returned in the original condition. Product must be in the original packaging with all netting and tags in place. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered / worn (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.
